Jesus lived 4 BC to 33 AD, although his ministry was only chronicled of the last three years of his life.
There were three different passover feasts over the course of Jesus' ministry. This implies that Jesus preached for a period of three years, although the Church's celebration of Lent goes directly into the Holy Week. What happened teh rest of his life?

Three of the four gospels in print were written about 65 AD, the other one 80 AD. The authors were not named until about 180 AD. There are nearly 20 other gospels that were not made public. What happened to the rest?

The Church as it exists defined the political and social structure of Europe during and after the decline of the Roman Empire.
Emperor Constantine first proclaimed religious tolereance, recognized Christianity as the State religion, then helped the first council of bishops define Christendom in the Nicene Creed in the 325 AD.

Charlemagne was the first to be crowned Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire by a grateful Pope in 800 AD. Every emperor had been the "Protector of the Church" since then.

Western Schism or Papal Schism, was a split within the Catholic Church from 1378 to 1417.

European Wars of Religion took place in the 16th and 17th centuries, following the onset of the Protestant Reformation ending in the Peace of Westphala 1648 AD.

The [Authorized] King James Version was commissioned by the [Anglican] Church of England in 1604 as an alternative to the secular Latin used by the Vatican. It became the "official" version of the Roman Catholic Church world-wide. Eventually Mass would be held in English rather than Latin.

Key beliefs that go against what is "written" is what this is about.

ONE, HOLY- Almost evey religion states that they are the one true faith, and that to be anything else will lead to eternal damnation.
CATHOLIC- is not limited to a time, place, race or culture.
APOSTOLIC- Jesus did send out his Apostles [who appointed more apostles] to spread his teachings, with a centralized heirarchy of bishops in key locations [or churches].

Son of God
YES Jesus is recognized as such, but not as BEING God. Even He says "My Father", "Our Father", "do not call me Teacher", etc. He never once stated Divinity, even evades the question during interrogation.
"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me [by the Father]"

"When you die you go to heaven, hell, or purgatory"
FALSE "Dust thou art, and unto dust thou shalt return" (Genesis 3:19), and "..."there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust." (Acts 24:15).
Prayer to honor or prepare the dead for their journey to the afterlife is based in pre-history. But the concept of praying for the recent departed "to help the souls in purgatory by offering prayers in suffrage for them"was first mentioned in 200 AD.

Praying to saints to pass on requests to God.
WRONG "Jesus is the sole mediator between God and man" 1 Timothy 2:1-5
Kneeling amd bowing to images of saints made of wood and stone goes against the first set of commandments, which were never thrown out by Jesus in any of his teachings.

"Mother of God"
This doctrine was confirmed by the First Council of Ephesus in 431. Christians of the major ancient traditions including the Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church believe that Mary lived a sinless life, and that she ascended into heaven, offer prayers to God through Mary and venerate her as intercessor and mother of the church. Again, this was a misinterpretation of Elizabeth proclaiming her "The mother of my Lord" NOT God.

How I feel about my religion of choice, recently...                                                     July 2011
Heaven is being in the presencee of God. Hell is being denied that...cast out. Not a place of fire and brimstone. Purgatory is a 12th century invention of a church desperate to supplement tithes using a form of ancestor worship and making collections for it.

"Do not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise!”
So why are votive candles sold within the church? Why are rosaries, figurines of wood, plaster, and metal being sold within its gates? Why are 'ministries' out there to shear their flock of material wealth to put in their coffers?

A church, basically, is a community of people, not a specific building or heirarchy. The early followers of Christ's teachings were persecuted for three centuries, so they secretly met in homes, later in catacombs. No longer persecuted, they moved those catacombs above ground, complete with graves, life size figures, and names of deceased (and contributors) inscribed on walls and even the floor. Secret markings and rituals are now taken for granted...INRI, genuflection at certain places. The biggest and best looking church building draw more attention, much as the tower at Babel did. Some even have gilden roofs [LDS] and a red light to ward off planes [INK].


I praise the Lord in the solitude of my own heart, where he says He resides. Rather than in the houses that man made, with all those staring people following a routine.

Moses' arrogance cost him. He was never to set foot in the Promised Land. This is the story og the Lord's people from beginning to end. Only the Lord can do what he does.

The Catholic Church (as well as others that branched out from it, or were inspired by it) was mad by men to control people.. The Bible they claim to follow is God's words, but edited by men [KJV 1611]. The Church is guilty of many things...

"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil." [Matthew 5:17] - Jesus did not throw out any of the Ten Commandments...

“You shall not make for yourself an idol... You shall not bow down to them or worship them"; [Exodus 20:4-5] - Yet the Church has us kneel, pray to, and even kiss icons.

"And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven." [Matthew 23:9] - Yet clergy pretend to be Christ, even calling themselves "father"

"And he said to them, Go you into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." [Mark 16:15] - As opposed to lording over a congregation, on a pulpit, in a cathedral, in fine rainments.

'You shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall you take away from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you." [Deuteronomy 4:2] - Yet each preacher defines each passage spouted to his bebefit.
"And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book." [Revelation 22:19] - The Church has added many things not of the Gosples, epistles, or revelation. Canonizing and praying to saints, preaching immediate life after death, sacraments and Mass other than that of baptism. It has taken away [edited out] other gospels as witnessed by other disciples.

The Church is guilty of blasphemy and heresey to its own laws.

Today is Easter Monday. "and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures." At that period in time, zero did not exist. So Friday, the day he died and was buried was considered day one.

This has been an interesting weekend.

Tenant given 90 days [more, rent-free] to leave.
Sister and family relocating from Sacramento [CA] to Texas.

In September, Leticia Bowen took over renting apartment 2 on Damuth, afer the previous tenant left without giving notice, She had stayed with the previous tenant on and off, before. In November, Lettie paid $200 of her $850 rent, and promised the balance before the month's end. December comes and goes, and 2 month's rent [less $200] is now due. January and February, she is has not returned any call attempts, mailed notices, nor knocks on her door. We paid "The Evictors" to start the legal process in MArch, which led to a court negotiation April 2. If an agreement is not reached, it will go to a jury trial in about a month, costing us $4,000 more as a retainer fee. It is agreed that she will leave by July 6 or be evicted [by the Sheriff] and be required to pay all rent [5 + 3 months].

The legal system is on the side of the "poor" with legal representation extorting the people with more of a "moral right." Anyone without a legal degree says "Kick 'em out! they are tresspassing" but it doesn't work that way. Even our lawyer was an asshole! Condescending to say the least. He was handling at least eight cases that morning, ignoring me in the hallways for about an hour and a half after introducing himself to us. In the future, I would never use the services of The Evictors [near Jack London Square]. We already paid $1,000 PLUS $250 for the services of Ed Nagey.

Lessons learned...Trust no one! You pay for what you get. Put everything in writing... references, credit reports, rental agreement or lease, reciepts, all communications.

My sister left the Home in Oakland after using our Parents' bank account to pay her bills, every year our Parents were in the Philippines. She also left me with a collections amount [of now $11.000] for a car I cosigned for, which was repossessed. She lived in Sacramento with a new family leaving one unemployed son with Grandma. She has come home briefly on a few occassions...when our Dad died, her grandson;s first birthday, and her eldest son;s wedding. She comes and goes like a thief, and I know my parents are embarrassed about what she does, but she is family! Anything wrong she does, they hide from me! Today, they are leaving for Texas, permanently! I say Good Riddance! She can get away with anything, and she has NO remorse. As with all Catholics, anyone not feeling guilt is not a sinner; anyone forgiven is absolved of ALL past transgressions...not from me!
