Timeline is everything you ever posted on FB in two columns, accessible by date. I would have liked a "Search my entries" better. There was once a Post-to-Post that put your News Feed (Home) in your choice of 3 to 5 columns. Pinterest seems... intersting. I signed up for it, although like WordPress, I probably won't know what to do with it. Or not get all that exited about it. Looks like I now follow and have followers. I still use a blog, which follows no laws pertaining to writing. I use that as my Home page, or start point for Everything I Do On The WEB. I wish things were as simple as GeoCities was.

OK, I tried Pinterest to see what the fuss is all about. So here's what I dont like...
- What you want to pin has to have an image of some magical size selected for you. And it will take a few clicks before it takes you where I am directing you. I like the hypertext linking system of my blog, but it is tedious to maintain, because lines break up at random.
- The images on the boards are "mystery meat" where you have to click it open to know what they are. Then you can place a description under each pin. Said description is limited to 500 characters (about sixty words). At least it's a little better than FB's old 420. Not enough to make a newspaper-like column, as they brag.
- Once posted, I can't change the order of the pins I have placed. Short of moving everything to a new board. It's more like a child's letter blocks that can only be moved one by one. Rather than pins or cards that can be shuffled and re-sorted.

‎"A [man's] home is his castle." If this is true, we are under seige. "Land of the free" Then why do we pay property taxes? Houses and the land they are built on are bought from banks who profit greatly from the transfer of ownerships. But they are not in the business of real estate. Banks who lend the money own the home, not the buyer. Not until the loan is paid for... if ever. If found that the ..."owner" cannot continue to pay, they forfiet and the bank forcloses. Banks are not "for" the people.

Tax is collected on a property, indefinitely, for generations to come. By a government body that does not need to explain where that money goes to. Certainly not to the betterment of a society in general; a community in particular. That and fines is what allows a defunct city government to continue to remain the parasitic entity it is. Did you know that what is beneath your land is not your own? Law has it that if you discover anything below a certain depth, that it belongs to the utilities business that is in contract with the local government. Property "parcels" and "lots" are all but assigned by now. It used to be granted to individuals of wealth to lord over groups of people, settlers back then. A sort of feudal system that americans left europe, because of. Properties clearly defined in meticulously kept archives. 

Speaking of utilities. Your home is under the ransom of these companies. From water to heating, and the luxury of electronics. That is understandable, since we can't get that on our own. The roads to and from your home. Who maintains that? At one end of my block, alone, there are seven less-than-a-foot wide white circles around holes in the street. To be analyzed for approval by some commitee. Costing citizens more than what it would to "just do it." I cant, because I would be defacing city property. Yet, if I don't repair a crack in my sidewalk, I could be fined heavily until I fix it. Or for that tree in my backyard blocking a cell tower.

At such high prices of maintaining a home, I may consider going mobile... hit the streets. I know, the govermnent owns tht too.

In the end, the only property left to own will be a six by three by six foot deep piece of land. And even that is not cheap.

Until further notice, I am no longer an active participant of facebook and any other social media. I have always acknowledged the fact that there is no privacy anywhere on the WEB. Up to some point, I have nothing to hide. This was not some teen diary, outreach anonymous program, or narcissistic twitter. Just ME on the Internet. But, because of what I have browsed, I may soon be labelled a lazy pervert with politically dangerous delusions of grandeur! Lazy because, by the time stamps of comments and posts, it has been noted that I am available on-line 24/7. Note to self: Log off, stupid! as I would the stove when you are done and walk away... no difference. A pervert because I have viewed lewd pictures, videos, and porn sites... yes, it happens! Political?!? Well yes... It has been shoved down our throats every time we turn on a television, radio, or computer. Delusions? No... I AM GOD. of all that I see, hear, and have control over.
And if you are on my Friends List, YOU are guilty of the same by association!
This is the reason why I quit facebook. To protect YOU!

I will continue to read Facebook's Newsfeed as I would a newspaper. I will go to your Timeline (Wall for those that are still holdbacks) to keep up on your most recent activities. At least those that still fascinate me. I will read any private messages you may send. But any response will be here, in my blog. Anonymously... my preference not to "tag" you. My comments, your shared links, but not your activities, will be shown here. You may or may not recognize the inferences.

As for Anonymous, that is a movement that 'does because it can.' "People who wear masks while doing their thing" copies 1940s mystery men and comics heroes of the 1960s; their model from "V for Vendetta" which stemmed from Guy Fawkes. Showing the totalitarian government that they are not infallible against a united 'single faced' mass. Their final action, though to be the destruction of the building symbolic to that government. The fiction succeeds where reality failed.
We'll see how everything ends up, perhaps on the hollywood big screen, or the bootlege version available on YouTube.
